I work from a place of empathy, non-judgment, and collaboration to help you recognize, understand and develop solutions for your concerns. We both know people seek therapy for many reasons, but almost everyone does so to relieve some kind of pain. I believe relief and healing can be found through our therapeutic relationship.
Using an integrative approach, I combine the most helpful aspects of several styles of therapy, to create individualized therapeutic experiences for my clients. Specifically, I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR, and coaching, with a passion for relational, depth and attachment approaches.
Working with me means having a safe, compassionate, and honest place to be heard. I look forward to joining you on your journey.
