I have worked in the field of mental health and social work for over 22 years, providing various therapeutic interventions. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. I believe that finding balance in life is important for overall health: mind, body, and spirit. I practice mindfulness daily within my own life from a faith-based approach. Life is a journey that we experience moment to moment. My role as a faith-based therapist is to help guide my clients to learn to be present in the moment, to work towards closing the chapters on past moments that cause imbalances, and to find connection to their faith values in order to live out their life purpose. I currently primarily provide Christian faith-based therapeutic approaches.
