Lauren enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages, supporting them in making healthy lifestyle changes as well as navigating difficult emotions and life events. She has spent the past five years working in community mental health settings with clients diagnosed with severe and chronic mental illness. Lauren uses a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet clients where they are, helping them achieve their personal goals. She holds a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Columbus State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
