Hello, I'm Laurie. I provide individual and family therapy for adults, teens, couples, and children, and I treat problems such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I help women navigate through the complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. I specialize in helping parents who feel frustrated and overwhelmed with their teens' challenging behaviors, giving them the strategies to get their youth on a positive track. I treat children struggling with emotional problems related to social issues, school issues, or family issues. I also offer Christian counseling for those who prefer a faith-based approach. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic interventions, and I am certified as a PHM-C in treating perinatal mood disorders. I serve English-speaking individuals.
