I have been treated at this facility for two different injuries over the years. Both times I have been in the care of Lauryn Hayashi who is an incredible doctor. She knows how to treat any injury and makes your progress top priority. If you have any kind of muscle or joint injury I would highly suggest scheduling an appointment with doctor Lauryn Hayashi.

Lauryn Hayashi grew up in Northern California, where she played competitive sports: lacrosse, soccer, and cross country. She then graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Lauryn joins the Orthology team after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University with a concentration in advanced orthopedics. During her time there, she was involved in Columbia RunLab and CoSMO, the university’s pro-bono, interdisciplinary health clinic. In RunLab, Lauryn evaluated biomechanics through video analysis and collaborated with the team to prescribe a personalized home exercise program for runners of all levels.
In her current practice, Lauryn believes in an individualized, holistic approach to physical therapy. She strives to empower her patients to play an active role in their rehab to achieve their goals and return to function.
Outside of work, Lauryn enjoys running, hiking, cooking/baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Hayashi and her assistant Erica have been very effective in identifying and treating the cause of my knee pain. They are clear and thorough and because they are friendly they make me feel very comfortable when adjusting to new exercises. They routinely check in to ask if any of the exercises is causing me pain, and offer an adjustment to the exercise if needed. Friendly demeanor, helpful, attentive, thorough, I can't ask for more than that! Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with orthology. Dr. Lauryn Hayashi and her assistant Erica made my first time at physical therapy a pleasant experience. The exercises that they had me do alleviate the pain in my knee a great deal. If I had to resume my therapy in the future, I would go back.

I glad I didn't have to go for my physical therapy at the hospital. Coming to Orthology and meeting the staff and Robin omg the music she plays are off the chart. And I couldn't answer for the best physical therapist in Lauryn. She was awesome and friendly I would definitely recommed her and the entire staff you guys are awesome.

Excellent. Very friendly and positive. When I started working on my shoulder with her I could not use my right shoulder. I am an artist. It was a catastrophe. I could not do my work. I had injured it doing my work. She fixed it. I am very grateful.
