Lenna is excellent and highly recommend to anyone looking for a therapist!!! She has a wholistic, patient-centered approach. Her presence alone exudes peace and warmth. She is a great listener, allows me to find my own solutions unique to my situation while also giving practical advice where indicated. Most of all, I feel she really cares for me as an individual and trust her.

Lenna is an amazing guide into the world of art therapy. Though her mixed modalities I was able explain to examine my own thoughts, feeling, and well-being and express myself through art where words had previously failed me.

Working with Lenna has helped me overcome many of my mental health struggles. I feel seen and heard with her more than any other therapist I’ve worked with and I love that I am involved in setting my treatment goals. She offers such a range of skills that I know I’m getting the best care no matter what comes up.

I've worked with Lenna for years, after having several other therapists, she is the best provider I've had. She is able to offer a very wide range of therapy tools depending on what I need and works with me to make sure that I am getting the best possible care. I love that I can ask her anything and she will give me a transparent answer without ever making me feel judged. I've learned so much about myself as a person and have been able to overcome many of my life challenges with her. Thank you!!

Her knowledge, empathy, patience, and client-centered approach make her an outstanding professional. Speaking as a university professor, Lenna's empirical approach and client-centered focus shine through in her evidence-based interventions. She creates a safe and nurturing environment for clients to express themselves without any judgment, expertly weaving in novel tools like art and other creative modalities to foster a deeper connection with your own emotional expression. Her empathetic nature fosters trust and establishes a strong therapeutic alliance. As a result, I feel I can be open and vulnerable with her in ways I’ve never experienced with other psychologists. She listens attentively, asks thought-provoking questions, and provides guidance for personal growth. In summary, Lenna is the best psychologist I have ever worked with.

I worked with Lenna to overcome issues I was having at work around burnout and performance anxiety. She not only helped me reduce my stress, I was able to learn how to build meaning and play into my life in a way that’s changed how I interact with others and see the world. We used talk therapy and yoga plus she got me into creating art like drawing, painting, writing, and music. I’m no artist but I learned that I can use creativity to help with my stress!
