Asante has outpatient experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, negative self-image, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and significant life changes. Her approach combines genuine connection with practical, evidence-based strategies designed to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and develop tools they can use beyond the therapy room. Her work is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care based on each client’s individual needs and goals.
