I graduated with a degree in Pastoral Counseling from Moravian Seminary in 2008. This program provided me with a comprehensive understanding of psychology and treatment along with the skills necessary to teach people how to develop their own spirituality, either within their faith system or as a stand-alone belief system. I believe in a holistic approach and will guide you in whatever holds you back in life. I am certified in EMDR
I have lived in many different cities, on both coasts. While living in Seattle, I became very interested in vitamins and eastern based approaches to health and well being. I am passionate about incorporating these into my counseling practice.
My professional skills, work history, family life and spirituality training provide me with a distinct blend of insight and experience that is my joy to share.
