Creating space for intimacy, satisfaction with work and daily relationships is key. Acquiring the skills and comfort to continue successful coping is our goal.
My approach, based on experience in the workplace and clinical practice, is rooted in cognitive-behavioral methods and psycho-dynamic theory. Recognizing the importance of active anxiety management in people's lives, I use techniques that calm and focus our minds. I hold Certification from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
My background is unique; it integrates clinical and organizational psychology. Trained as a scientist and clinician, with years in the world of business, I value the importance of all aspects of our life in the healing process. I teach people to understand and cope within their own life-frame.
