I've only had one visit so far, so it's hard to give a definitive review, but I will say I was the most comfortable with her that I've ever been with a therapist. She was also the first therapist that I've ever had call me before the first appointment to get to know me a little bit. That went a long way in earning my trust.

Every once in a while, we meet someone who -- for better or worse -- changes us. For me, that person was Lindsay. Over the course of several weeks, she helped me discover characteristics of myself that I would have never figured out on my own. I laughed. I cried. I fell deep into the doldrums of misery as I have done countless times for as long as I can remember; but she gave me the strength to finally ask for help. She's an incredible therapist, and I can't thank her enough for all that she's done for me in such a short amount of time.

I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum support, maternal mental health, infants/toddlers, parenting, and play therapy for children. I understand that everyone wants to be the best they can be. We will navigate the challenges you are experiencing and work to find solutions to manage difficult moments. I also specialize in play therapy for children who have been affected by traumatic circumstances or have behavioral problems. I use a variety of unique and cutting edge approaches to help you resolve issues.
The core of my work focuses on parenthood, pregnancy, and maternal mental health. I am well versed in early childhood development and believe the parent-child relationship contributes to social, emotional, physical, and cognitive, development. I understand that parenting pressure can be overwhelming and anyone can benefit from support.
I have been trained extensively in the area of parenting and my knowledge and experience with families can be molded to each situation. All parents and children are unique. We will explore your hopes and worries as parent, your challenges, your child's personality, and your relationship with your child.
