It’s not easy to make the decision to begin therapy. It can be scary and overwhelming. When we decide to start therapy, we are putting our trust in a stranger during a time when we might be experiencing severe anxiety, going through an episode of depression, or seeking help to resolve past trauma. We’re expected to be vulnerable and share our story with this person from day one. Hi! I’m Lisa. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado Springs, with a Master’s in Social Work from Newman University. I meet individuals where they are in this moment and provide a safe and comfortable environment for them to share their story in their own time.
