My marriage was in a very bad place. We were both thinking about divorce. The Gottman method and the other tools my therapist utilizes has really made a big difference in our relationship. We have learned how to disagree constructively. Our affection and gratefulness for one another have become part of our everyday lives.
My therapist transformed my life. I have felt like an imposter my entire life. Through all my successes, I never felt I earned the kudos. I felt everything I worked for came from my privileged background. I now know that I have earned my life. I will continue to work on my happiness. Thank you
