As a therapist, I seek to work collaboratively with my clients helping them achieve their goals with their careers, family, friends and other loved ones. I value giving my clients the space necessary to talk through their difficulties and work with them to find solutions. My style and perspective is strength based, honest and empathic. I use my training and experience in relational and solution focused therapy to help my clients uncover their power, strength and joy. I've been in the mental health field since 2009 and have been working as an LMSW since 2013. I'm a graduate of the NYU Silver School of Social Work and my areas of expertise are mental health, grief and loss, substance use and intimacy issues. In addition to being a therapist, I have experience and passion for nutrition, cooking and using food as a therapeutic tool.

Upon arriving, I felt immediately comfortable. The first session was very comfortable and easy and it only took one time to know i'd continue with Lucy. I have continued, and it ahas been extremely positive and helpful.

Very helpful talking to Lucy about my anxiety struggles. She is a very good listener and non judgemental. I feel like her office is a very safe space where I can open up and let some emotions of the week go.
