I have experience helping individuals, children and families find success in working towards their treatment goals. I have expertise in the areas of ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem issues, stress and more.
I would describe my treatment style as caring, collaborative and culturally competent, I truly believe in meeting clients where they are! I work primary from evidenced based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Client Centered and components of Mindfulness.
