My passion for this work comes from a desire to be a part of people’s courageous experiences of understanding who they are, while letting go of who they aren’t. Working deeply and flexibly with individuals, couples and groups for the past twenty years has given me the opportunity to witness people’s lives evolving to include more of what they love. I work with adults seeking meaning, insight and striving for a rich life despite challenges, depression, anxiety and life changes.
We look together at what renders you feeling too vulnerable, lonely, unknowing, rattled, stalled and agitated; while also holding what inspires you, calms you and influences you. I believe the growth and beauty of our resilience comes from dealing directly and gently with our pain, loneliness, loss and obstacles, as well as spectacular adventures, planned and unplanned.
I maintain a smaller then usual caseload, allowing me to give you the attention I feel is imperative to successful therapy. My hourly fee is $195 per session. I am not a participating provider with any insurance plans. many insurance companies will provide partial coverage for our work once your deductible is m
