Hi, I’m Maria, a licensed clinical psychologist committed to supporting adults through complex emotional challenges. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and self-harm. I also specialize in helping neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and ADHD, build emotional balance and improve quality of life. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices to help you manage emotions and build healthier patterns. For trauma, I offer Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), creating a space that’s safe, supportive, and focused on meaningful change. I earned my doctorate from Carlos Albizu University in Puerto Rico. My training includes DBT and trauma-focused work at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health.
