Co-founder of Live Well. Fluent Spanish speaker and conversational in Italian. Passionate about creating insight and promoting awareness of the environment and impacts on self. My experiences while working at New York Presbyterian, Project Renewal, and Weill Cornell MTC allowed me to endorse a well surrounded understanding regarding treatment of mental health. I am constantly undergoing training in order to provide the best care for individuals looking for extra support during a difficult time. My motto is that you have the answers, and I will be a supporter during the journey to find them. My EMDR basic training has allowed me to help broaden the self-awareness of individual’s needing to work through past trauma, and constant disturbances. I believe that the use of broaden mental health techniques is beneficial for a more inclusive therapeutic process. Thinking of mental health disorders should not mean that life has stopped, it means that the pain is trying to be avoided, and therefore your body is reacting to what you need in the moment. I would like to be an active supporter on providing personal attention to your journey of reencountering self care and wellbeing.
