My journey to mental healthcare
As a Nuyorican woman raised in New York City, I witnessed the unique struggles of BIPOC communities in urban environments firsthand. This instilled in me a powerful drive to support and empower my fellow community members through counseling that validates their cultural experiences. My shared background allows me to create a judgment-free space for healing unresolved traumas.
