I am glad you are here. Just to give you an idea about how sessions go, we typically talk about life situations to gain insight into behavior patterns and thoughts.
My approach
Are you feeling less motivated? Have you been feeling overwhelmed with problems and concerns? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I want to help you become the best version of yourself! My goal in therapy is to create a safe place where I can provide you with support, compassion, and understanding as you share your story. Each person is unique, and your process is unique.
My focus
My client's focus is to facilitate the client to gain of insight into their current behaviors and thought patterns so that the client can make changes.
My communication style
My communication style is empathic and direct when I need to be. I prefer direct communication over emails and texts.
My journey to mental healthcare
I worked in schools as a school social worker for 20 years. After I retired, I needed a plan to supplement my pension. I researched becoming a provider and decided that was going to my choice. I enjoy providing one-on-one therapy to individuals.

At the beginning of therapy, we discuss goals and set goals. As treatment progresses, we review goals and discuss progress.
