This review has nothing to do with the therapist as I did not get a chance to see her. This review is about the office. I scheduled my appointment on Zocdoc and received confirmation. I went to the office only to find out that it was closed. I peeked inside and it looked like they were doing some sort of renovation. Google and their website stated that they were open. I called both offices and was unable to reach anyone. This was my day off. I could have used the time to go to another office or be more productive if they were transparent about their schedule.

I was looking for a provider that will do nerve conduction test/EMG. Their name ( apparently owner) came up a lot of times. I booked the schedule because theyre apparently open on Sundays. Im from Queens and had to drive all the way to BayRidge to be there 15 mins before my scheduled time. It was such a bummer because when i got there, they dont do such tests. Would recommend to the owner of this office to review and be specific of the offer they do on zocdoc. So as not to mislead other patients. Our time is as precious as yours too.

Excellent therapist. She listened very carefully and asked the relevant questions. She did not rush. It was a great session. Pain is almost as good as gone just after this first session. I would highly recommend her anytime. Can't wait for follow ups.
