Everything is excellent (customer service) But I really don't like the "SMELL" in the waiting room (Cat pee smell all over).
Great experience. Listened to what’s bothering me and scheduled a plan to build strength. Great staff and clean facility.

Would not go here again. The PT barely answered my questions and just put a tens machine on me and had me telehealth a doctor to get muscle relaxers and test that for 4 weeks when that really isn’t my issue. She didn’t seem to pay attention to my ask or why I was there and had other patients at the same time she was tending to so was in and out of the room. No one seemed to understand how my insurance was being billed and what was covered. Would not recommend based on my experience. Seems like a churn and burn and bill you kind of place

I wish you success and good luck
Verygood??
Great staff and address my concerns.
The physician therapist was really nice with me, she was covering another person. However, she did a really good job, she showed interest in my psoas tear and asked me about my dance career. Also she did a proper electrotherapy and guided me with the exercises I had to do.
I made 3 appointments 2 of which were cancelled. The last one Ii showed up and the therapist who was supposed to help me with Apos shoes wasn't there. I will be going somewhere else for Apos shoes.
As I walked in they informed me that the doctor won’t see me without a referral. I wasn’t advised of it prior. I was just called for a reminder of the visit. Next time don’t make people come in for nothing.

The female PT ( i forgot her name ???????) that saw me in the Jackson Heights Office was amazing ! I am runner currently in training for the NYC Marathon with a painful hip flexor sprain . I left my first visit feeling relieved. The staff at the J.H. location was extremely informative and attentive , when answering my questions/concerns and explaining my course of treatment thereout.
Dr. Urvisha vajubhai and Pcc sadiya was very friendly and at the same time very professional. There therapy helped me to recover knee injury. I highly recommend to take therapy from Dr. Urvisha.

My visit with Hands of hope has been great, the therapist was knowledgeable about my injuries and devised a plan to help me heal. Highly recommended
There were 8 patients and one PT which limited him to provide the therapy to everyone. I had to leave before completing my session with pain in my feet. Not a pleasant experience on May 17, 2024. I do not know the name of the PT
I was disappointed that I was seen by a covering person . She was delightful. But the insurance part was aggravating I was explaining my insurance telling the person on the screen to call the number on card. He kept insisting on a Co Pay which I’m exempt from . And was making excuses to not call the card. Telling me there is no co pay info on the card. I called Humana and they called him. I had a card that exempts from all co pays. This co pay situation was an embarrassment to me having to explain many times. My Rep from Humana got involved. My problem is not sports related and I feel your office prefers sports injuries. I have an appointment this Tuesday at - 1230 . If this is something that I feel is not for me because it’s not a sport related problem I will seek out another Doctor. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed in the treatment of my situation . The entire consultation was me sitting on a table half on half off and not in privacy but in a small entrance corridor with people in and out. I felt no professionalism at this office . “ just we need a Co Pay”even before the consultation which was just a person reading to me. Without professional advice.

they were to intrusive wanted a personal guarantee for the bill trying to make me sign forms as if I did not understand what they were doing and sign form to sell my information at there office discretion
I was very pleased with my experience, they were very friendly and courteous. The office was clean and my wait time wasn’t long . I received physical therapy and the therapist was very professional and gentle, easy to talk with and listen keenly. I would definitely recommend this facility.
