Have you been trying to manage your struggles on your own, not sure of where to turn next? Do you struggle with trauma, and have tried talk therapy with little to no success? Are you stuck in reoccurring patterns that you feel are no longer serving you?
My background in holistic treatments including EMDR helps clients shift out of reoccurring patterns through integrating EMDR and other modalities in with traditional talk therapy to help facilitate change for clients and get to a place of healing.
My therapy style is all-encompassing and recognizes all the aspects that make you who you are, including your spirituality, culture, religion, interests, struggles, and traumas. To help you cope with your challenges, I use mindfulness-based psychosomatic therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), mindfulness based - I am trained in EMDR
Fun Fact: I am passionate about different cultures and love to travel. I have had the privilege of exploring many countries in South America, the Caribbean, North America, Asia, and Europe.
