When starting with a new therapist, you don't realize how much you value certain aspects of someone's character until someone like Marisa demonstrates them with the utmost grace. Something simple like being super efficient is usually overlooked, but Marisa was able to provide her support without making me feel rushed through our session. She also has such a kind and personable energy that makes you feel safe to talk freely with her. Marisa is so easy to talk to and genuinely makes you feel heard. I highly recommend Marisa for anyone new to therapy as it can be intimidating at first, but she will help with the transition and make you feel comfortable and happy with your decision to get started. She is a breath of fresh air!

My experience with Marisa is always one of compete fulfillment. I feel supported, heard, and leave each time feeling more confident and in control. She takes such a paced and individualistic approach in my treatment planning to support my short term and long term goals. I feel like I can be my true self with full transparency. I feel like she takes into consideration my trauma history every step of the way to support the way I am impacted by this world. I look forward every week to the safe space she is able to provide to foster my healing journey.

I feel safe opening up to her because she creates a judge-free environment where my growth feels like the number one priority. I can't recommend working with Marisa enough.
