I have done counseling with Dr. Blyden for over a year now, and I have had nothing but excellent things to say about my care. She has such wisdom, and she provided many evidenced-based therapies and tools to help handle anxiety on a daily basis. She was also very flexible with my ever-changing schedule, and she was willing to go out of her way to meet at times that worked for me. If you are in need of counseling from someone who cares about you, is well-equipped to help, and provides excellent care, then Dr. Blyden is perfect for you.

I can recommend Dr. Blyden very highly. Her calm, steady, consistent style is exactly what I needed to be able to examine my life more deeply. I have a much better understanding of the person who I am and am more confident in displaying that person in my relationships and, more generally, in how I live my life. Dr. Blyden is wonderful. She has a very comforting demeanor. I never leave her sessions feeling judged or cast down.
I would recommend her as a therapist to anyone seeking one. She provides practical tools and guidance that when implemented definitely leads to positive outcomes.
