Doctor Elizabeth always remembers what I’m working on, who I am, and provides the best guidance for all of my issues, including homework assignments when I need extra help. I have been in therapy for over 20 years, off and on, both in person and online. Dr. Elizabeth is, by far, the best therapist I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Barlow has helped me so much on my mental health journey. I have grown and learned so much about myself with her help with any issues she's helped me work through. She's been the perfect therapist for me, I easily felt I could trust her as I could a close friend, but could receive professional guidance and advice on how to deal with situations in my life. I will never be able to thank her enough!

She always meets me where I’m at and gives me really amazing tools/resources/perspective during our video calls and through messaging. She’s a very calming, supportive person and I’ve felt comfortable since our very first call.
