In my clinical practice, I strive to create a therapeutic environment in which people can feel safe to share what is on their mind and in their feelings. I practice psychotherapy from a psychoanalytic perspective because my professional experience has shown me that this way of working can result in deep and meaningful change that is lasting. Psychotherapy can help alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression, while also enhancing a person’s sense of self confidence. My goal is to create a richer and more satisfying life for you.
