My approach to therapy consists of using Solution Focused Strategies; Person-centered Therapy Strategies; and CBT strategies to name a few. I am also am trained in EMDR. I utilize an open; non-judgmental approach to treatment and love supporting my clients as they discover their own strengths. I believe everyone's path to healing is unique.
