I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and throughout my clinical career, I have had the privilege to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in different settings. I provide a skilled, empathic, supportive, yet challenging therapeutic environment in which I will assist in guiding to deeper insight and navigate the change that is necessary to help you reach your goals.
I specialize in assisting individuals who are currently struggling with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, negative thinking patterns, life transitions, and stress management, or need some form of support and guidance.
My wide range of training and expertise allows me to effectively treat people using individualized care that incorporates evidence based therapies. My approach to psychotherapy is primarily focused on the strength based perspective, while utilizing solution focused approaches and incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and cognitive processing therapy.
I enjoy humor and creativity while working with clients and strongly believe in the importance of a therapist and client co-collaborating to problem solve and maximize healing.
