I have nearly ten years of experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, pornography addiction, autism, and many other disorders. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, grounding my approach in positive psychology. I am growth-oriented and interested in exploring how my clients can achieve full human flourishing from a holistic perspective.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Additionally, I have a designation in Christian pastoral counseling for those interested in integrating their spirituality into sessions, though I take care never to impose my own beliefs on anyone. I also incorporate elements of existentialism and Stoicism to help people identify meaning in their lives and develop resilience to cope with life's inevitable changes.
