Over the past ten years, I have worked with individuals experiencing a range of issues, from mild anxiety and sadness to chronic mental health conditions such as major depression, generalized anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I initially focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my patients as treatment begins. I am experienced in working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and families.
My treatment approach blends my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing within a humanistic-existential framework. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Certificate in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals who have PTSD and other trauma-related issues. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
