I provide a safe and judgment-free space for individuals of all ages — adults, adolescents, and children. My approach centers on building strong, positive therapeutic relationships and fostering a collaborative and empowering environment. I have experience across multiple levels of care and differing safety risks. My areas of special interest include adolescent issues, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
I utilize evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that mental health healing involves both the mind and the body, therefore I integrate that belief into every session. Wherever you are on your journey, I’d be honored to support you and help you grow.
