I work with people who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure that comes to keep everything together. Many of my clients feel stuck in their thoughts. disconnected from themselves, or impacted by past experiences that still show up in their daily lives.
In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand what is going on underneath the surface, so that you may feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to perform, or have it all figured out, you can be exactly who you really are, and express where you really are.
I take a warm person centered approach. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, whether that is talking through things, building coping skills, or exploring deeper patterns that are showing up.
