Meghan is a certified holistic therapist and certified trauma-informed practitioner. She specializes in holistic therapy, looking at not only the body and the mind but the spirit as well. She will address mental health through a holistic lens using evidence-based alternative methods to heal.
A session with her could include individualized gentle yoga, sound healing with the use of sound bowls, and teaching and practicing mindfulness and meditation. She is a certified mindfulness practitioner, sound healer, and reiki master and has a certificate in Gerontology. She is creative and open-minded and thinks outside of the box. She can help you look at life through a different lens- looking for different perspectives and retraining your brain.
Life transitions at any age can be hard and present mental illness and symptoms you may never have experienced.
Leaning into hard times and learning to flow with what comes can make a person more resilient and less negatively effected by life.
