Getting to know Carolyn Lensch

Hi! My name is Carolyn, and I am here to help. We are all going through something, and sometimes it helps to have someone outside of your personal circle to talk with. I am here to help you work through immediate concerns going on in your life right now. I can also work with you to dig deeper into the bigger concerns you may have, for your situation as well as for personal improvement. We are all a work in progress! You lead the way, you are in charge of topics we cover, and I am here to provide a guiding hand, in a safe, non-judgmental space. I use an eclectic approach to counseling, and treat the individual with your individual needs and concerns in mind. My primary areas of focus are depression, anxiety, and sleep medicine. I have worked in private practice, as well as with multiple inpatient facilities working with patients with a variety of needs. I have held multiple roles in the Sleep Medicine field for 20 years and have worked with many amazing physicians. I have significant experience with helping patients assess their symptoms and understand the nature of their concerns with respect to their physical and psychological health. I can help you with sleep hygiene as well as CBT-I for insomnia treatment.
