Therapy is very beneficial for me. I’m very fortunate to have found a therapist that fits my needs, and I’m comfortable opening up to them. I’ve better navigated through some rough patches while life happens. With my busy schedule, virtual therapy is easy. I can attend my sessions from practically anywhere. I would highly recommend my therapist. I’m very happy with my results.

He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Calgary and over 37 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. Mel demonstrates professional empathy and respect by connecting with others and is non-judgmental and highly accepting of individual differences, with a strong interpersonal style. He is conscious, caring, creative, and energetic, remaining sensitive and flexible in his approaches to therapy with his clients. Mel's training and expertise allow him to support people of all ages with a wide variety of presenting problems. He draws from his experience working with adults, children, schools, group psychotherapy, residential treatment facilities, and military base therapy. His clients are able to make lasting changes.
