Anxiety can make us feel stuck and have feelings of fear and uncertainty that interfere with our everyday activities, but there is hope. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. You deserve a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. Whether you struggle with anxiety or depression, feel overwhelmed with life or life choices, or just need to talk, my role as a mental health counselor is to help you improve your mental health and find a better balance in your life. I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for.
?My specialty is working with individuals who have anxiety. Life experience and my work as a therapist have taught me that there is good work to be done for everyone to find healing and understanding in our most challenging times. I will be there for you to listen, teach, inspire, impart hope and provide a safe place where you can share and grow.
I have worked for many years as a therapist and I have helped individuals and families find healing and understanding in difficult times. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Person-Centered approach to therapy, with the goal of digging deeper into the world of my clients. This helps them to better understand themselves and their behaviors and motivations, allowing them to work through this and gain new perspectives with different mindsets.
