Getting to know Dr. David Latov
I am a board-certified psychiatrist and former chief resident of the Columbia adult psychiatry program. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Emory University and completed my residency in psychiatry at Columbia University. I also hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I provide therapy and medication management for issues related to mood, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and ADHD. Additionally, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for trauma-related concerns.
After an initial consultation, I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include therapy, medications, or both. For those interested in pursuing therapy, I have been trained in several modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy.

- I am not in-network with any insurance plans, though I provide documentation that can be used for out-of-network reimbursement. I am unable to see anyone with Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
- I will reach out to you via email or phone prior to confirming your appointment.
- Due to COVID-19, all appointments will be remote for the foreseeable future.
