This can naturally create feelings of discouragement or discomfort that present through our thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Sometimes it can be hard to open up about it, but as your therapist, I want you to have a place to do just that. My role is to join you in your journey of overcoming those challenges and struggles and take steps toward your goals.
I have years of experience working in school, remote, and in-person settings. I have worked with adults and adolescents to address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, and emotional regulation. I use empirically supported cognitive behavioral approaches, combined with mindfulness strategies, to guide my clients in their progress to overcome their struggles.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and healthy environment for my clients to learn and grow. Together, we explore the client's strengths and areas of improvement to achieve their personal goals. I strongly believe that each person has the ability to overcome their struggles and achieve their desired outcomes.
