My passion is to make you feel worth something. I struggled with my own self esteem and was physically and emotionally abused at one time in my life. I found myself; and I want to teach you how to do the same thing. I want you to become so emotionally mature that when someone triggers you; you process it in a healthy way and have compassion on them; rather than let it cause resentment and bitterness. Having compassion and forgiving does not mean you have to reconcile; at least not right away. I want to teach you how to set healthy boundaries. Let me show you the attractive power in loving yourself right!
