Dr. Harris was absolutely phenomenal! I was given a friendly reminder as to how to connect to the visit; the fifteen minute reminder help to eradicate the element of technological difficulties. She was very resourceful even during the intake process, and provided me with immediate strategies to alleviate my stress, namely walking and exercise! Without question, I would recommend her.

Office contacted me day of in the morning to cancel my appointment I don’t think providers understand that they are helping people who seriously need some sort of help and as a patient yes, people understand that everyone including professionals have lives and things happen but I waited over 10 hours to even have any type of confirmation to even reschedule and that is not fair to me as a patient who truly wanted to book with this provider and was looking forward to the visit
