I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, individualized for each person. I treat everyone with respect, dignity, and a nonjudgmental approach. I believe we all have the answers to how we can live our best life, and therapy is a way for us to tap into those answers. I take a collaborative approach to your treatment, as you are the expert on your life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which informs my practice and commitment to providing compassionate care.
