My personal goal with every client is to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, safety, vulnerability, and authenticity. Collaboration is at the forefront of my work with clients as I believe it is what allows therapeutic processes to stay beneficial in long-term therapeutic work. I welcome both clients that come to me with specific goals and needs, as well as those who desire a more exploration based process. I believe commitment and consistency are key to creating meaningful growth and change.
I believe I can help you by combining the ability to meet you where you are, while also providing challenges that prevent you from staying stuck. My ten years of experience in many different therapeutic settings and levels of care allows me to adequately assess what strategies and interventions will be a good fit for you.
Whether you have very specific challenges you want to work through, desire a space to process your life with an objective perspective, or want to explore and understand the past and present versions of yourself, I would be honored to be a part of that process.
