I am looking for clients who are motivated to make changes, may be struggling with depression or anxiety, or may have trauma that needs to be addressed. The ideal client is ready to take the necessary steps to make progress.
I offer support and guidance to those seeking positive changes in their mental health. I teach coping skills and provide ongoing support. I strive to be a safe place-a place to speak without judgment, to feel heard and understood, and to simply be yourself.
I am understanding and nonjudgmental. I will never tell you that your feelings or thoughts are wrong. I am here to support you in becoming the person you want and deserve to be. With a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University and personal experience managing mental health issues in my family, I am passionate about supporting others in their journey toward healing and growth.
