At Black Dog Psychotherapy, my goal is to create a comfortable space for you to show up as your whole self. My approach is genuine, relational, grounded, and warm, with a healthy dose of humor thrown in for good measure. Our lives can get heavy, and my hope is that our time together can be a chance to put down and unpack some of that weight.
I work with a variety of clients, but I'm most drawn to millennial and Gen-Z women, folks struggling with depression, shame, vulnerability, and grief and loss, people pleasers and perfectionists, and oldest daughters, single mothers, and helping professionals.
