Meredith Saxon-Kowalsky, MSPT, is a practicing, certified PHYSICAL THERAPY specialist in West Hartford, CT. She attended and graduated from Simmons College in 1992 with a BA in Science and graduated from Simmons College Graduate School for Health Studies in 1994 with Master’s in Science in Physical Therapy. She has over 24 years of experience in Physical Therapy and has worked in Outpatient Orthopedics/Sports Physical Therapy for the past 24 years, working with patients developed Center Sports Physical Therapy over 10 years ago with a special goal in mind- to provide a more personal approach to care and excellence in customer service. Meredith Saxon-Kowalsky was raised in West Hartford and has maintained strong community ties and strives to be the community “Go-to PT”. The “open access” law allows patients in most cases, to make a Physical Therapy appointment without a doctor’s prescription for up to 6 visits so a patient is able to call the office if they wake-up with pain and need immediate care.
Our specialty lies in Orthoepdic cases requirng hands-on treatment. We also specialize in Vestibular therapy and Lymphedema therapy.
Center Sports Physical Therapy accepts all major medical insurances, Medicare, Medicaid (under the age of 21). We also accept Letters of Protection from attorneys for MVA/No Fault.

front desk staff and provider discussed my lack of insurance with each other in front of me and another client, while I was sitting right in front of them before my session started. it made me feel very uncomfortable, and if I hadn't been in incredible pain and in need of some sort of intervention, I would have left. the provider made a personal call on speaker phone in the middle of my treatment, which was disconcerting and unprofessional. the treatment was adequate, but I will not be returning.

Meredith saw me the same day that I called for an appointment which was so convenient. I play high school baseball and had some pain in my knee. She evaluated and treated me and she gave me and my mom things to do at home. I will definitly recommend Center Sports PT to my friends.
