About Dr. Mark Pillsbury

Mark Pillsbury, PT, DPT, OCS, AIB-CVR, CCI, TPI, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Suffield facility. Mark brings to Ivy a decade of experience in multiple physical therapy settings including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities working with people across the lifespan from infants to older adults. Mark has been practicing physical therapy since 2014 after receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Hartford. He joined Ivy Rehab in 2022 and began his work in the Southington location, where he was the interim Clinical Director. Mark has also provided high-quality care for the West Hartford community for the past year, collaborating with local physicians to promote multidisciplinary care for his patients. Additionally, he is Ivy Rehab’s Regional Clinical Education Coordinator for Northern Connecticut where he guides doctoral students through their affiliation process while working at Ivy Rehab locations throughout Connecticut. Outside of work, Mark and his family enjoy the outdoors, camping, traveling, and sports.
