I can help you gain skills to manage your stressors, discover your inner strengths, and support you in making positive changes. I specialize in supporting individuals of all ages struggling with managing distressing emotions, stressful life transitions, and challenging interpersonal relationships.
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, incorporating expressive arts therapies. I am a Registered Drama Therapist and utilize the mind-body connection, improvisational play, and exploring one's personal narrative through imagery and metaphor.
Whether you have specific goals or are unsure about what you want to work on in therapy, I am here to support you in the process. I offer a warm and energetic presence and look forward to collaborating with you.
