I’ve done therapy for 5 years now. I had about 5 or 6 different therapist in that time frame, before Mia.
I have never liked therapy even though I go because I need it. I have never been fully open to my therapists. I have never written things down about my past or triggering events. I never felt connected to a therapist.
That changed when I met Mia. I immediately felt a friendly connection and someone who was real with me.
I feel listened to, educated, and most importantly I feel better.
Mia is very professional but very friendly and cares a lot.
If my friends or family needed a therapist to go to, Mia would be the first person I’d recommend.
