During my 5 years of practice, I've had the privilege of supporting teens, adults, and families in schools, colleges, and community health settings. In those spaces, I've learned that healing looks different for everyone and that each person's story matters. I work with teenagers, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity development, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and gender-inclusive.
