Mia received her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Wellness from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Her expertise extends across various age groups, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families. Mia has experience working with clients of all ages who have experienced all types of anxiety, health anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, relationship and health OCD, depression, grief, BFRB’s, perfectionism, and challenges with life transitions and relationships. Mia utilizes a trauma-based lens and she provides a supportive environment to allow clients to feel comfortable working towards their goals. She enjoys building rapport with her clients and creates a fun atmosphere to achieve their goals.
